Tributes paid to man killed in Malvern collision

Tributes are being paid to a man who died in a collision in Malvern earlier this month.

The family of Kane Passey have paid tribute to a “loving, caring person who would make everyone laugh”.

The 29-year-old died in a collision on Pickersleigh Road on 10 February.

Kane’s family said: "Kane was a devoted dad, stepson, brother, cousin, uncle and  grandson. He was always a devoted father to his children, Leo and Brooke, and loved them with all his heart.

"Kane devoted himself to his whole family and would always help others when in need, despite him having his own problems.

"He was a loving and caring person, would always make everyone laugh with his pranks, and sure was the life of the party.

"He was so loved and respected by all his family and friends and wherever Kane went he made friends.

"Everyone's kind words shows us that he will be missed by so many.”

Kane's stepfather, Graham, said he will miss him and forever cherish their memories.

“I remember when Kane was a young boy, going on picnics by the river with his mum, brother Richard and sister Fern.

“I will remember your first ever train ride, singing ‘hey, hey we’re The Monkeys’ in the car.

"Kane will be sadly missed by us all - this has left a massive hole in all of our hearts.”

His son Leo added “I love my daddy, my superhero, and miss him so much”.

His daughter Brooke also said: “I miss my daddy but I know he is in the sky looking down on me and every day I wave to daddy in the sky”.
