Appeal following an assault near McDonald's in Worcester

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man suffered serious injuries in Worcester.

Officers are investigating an incident between a group of men that started outside McDonald's and continued on St. Nicholas Street, on Saturday 16 April at around 3:00am. 

​A 32-year-old man sustained serious head injuries during the incident and was transported to Worcestershire Royal Hospital. 

​Five men in their twenties have been arrested on suspicion of violent disorder and GBH and have been bailed with conditions.

​Whilst our investigations continue, we urge anyone who witnessed this incident or any motorists that have dash-cam footage to contact us via 101, quoting incident 00093 i of 16 April.
