Celebrate Jane Austen's 250th anniversary as Chapterhouse Theatre's UK tour of Pride and Prejudice comes to Hereford Cathedral for an open-air theatre show

Pride and Prejudice

Step back in time over two hundred years and meet Elizabeth Bennet and her sisters as they navigate the mire of manners of regency society. With stunning period costume, timeless wit, and a romantic original score, Chapterhouse’s Pride and Prejudice is a faithful telling of Austen’s greatest work. Join family and friends for an evening of magical theatre in the 250th anniversary year of Austen’s birth.
Gates and bar open at 6.00pm, and the show starts at 7.00pm.
Seating will be provided by the cathedral. This is an outdoor performance so please bring along any blankets to keep yourself warm. No parking available on site.
Children under 5 go free.
For carer ticket enquiries please contact us. Accessibility varies, please enquire with the venue for details.
Outdoor performances will continue in all but the worst of weather, be sure to dress accordingly. All tickets are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation due to exceptionally bad weather or other extenuating circumstances, alternative arrangements shall be made.
