Appeal for information after fatal collision in Worcestershire

Police are appealing for information after a fatal collision in Worcestershire.

The incident happened around 11.45pm on Friday 1 April on the B4208 between Camer’s Green and Pendock.

A silver Mitsubishi Shogun was travelling southbound when it left the road and caught fire in a field.

The driver, 26-year-old Murray Priday from Corse, Gloucestershire, was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, where he sadly died.

Formal identification has not yet taken place but the family have agreed to publish his name.

No other injuries were reported.

Officers would like to hear from anyone who saw, or captured on dashcam, the incident or the Shogun being driven in the area around that time.
