Police are investigating an incident where two people were robbed in their car at the Walton Hill car park in Clent in Worcestershire.
Between 0.15am and 0.45am on Saturday 29 April, the victims were sat in their black Hyundai car in the car park when they were attacked by 6 people wearing balaclavas who used weapons to smash the windows of their car and steal a mobile phone and car keys. The victims sustained minor injuries. The offenders made off from the scene in a red Volkswagen Polo and a blue Volkswagen Polo
Investigating officer Detective Constable Sean Green, North Worcestershire CID said “This was an alarming unprovoked attack and an incredibly scary ordeal for the victims. We are continuing our investigation and whilst we appreciate this incident happened in the early hours of Saturday morning, we are aware that there were at least another six or seven other cars parked in the car park at the time of the incident – If this was you please get in touch with us.
