TORCHLIT parade
A TORCHLIT parade which welcomes Father Christmas to Ross-on-Wye. There will Carol singing and Ross town band at the market apron. When Santa arrives every young child in attendance will recieve a small goody bag. This is a free annual event which is over 60 years old.
