Strict restrictions have been put in place at Nevill Hall Hospital in Abergavenny.
Only one nominated visitor is allowed per patient including child-in patients.
Visiting hours are now restricted to just one hour a day.
Children under the age of 12 are banned from visiting.
Visitors over the age of 70, particularly those with long term health conditions, should think carefully before visiting the hospital.
