Alcocks Nicholls Stewart are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor or an Architectural Technician / Technologist with a few years' industry experience to join their team with a pipeline of exciting projects.  

The role offers an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for managing your own workload as well as being involved in developing a new area of the business and working within a great team. The candidate will be expected to drive projects forward in a proactive manner, be a team player, focused on excellence in service and project delivery and communications with Clients and Contractors alike, be extremely organised, personable with a keen attention to detail.

A good working knowledge and experience of AutoCAD, Planning and Building Regulations is essential, together with an interest in working on a diverse range of historic buildings, structures and properties of a varied nature.
